The Franklin Institute has a way cool site where you can play the glass armonica virtually! (There are a number of recordings; the one I know is the recording Beverly Sills made of Lucia di Lammermoor, in which she did the Mad AScene not with the customary flute, but with the armonica, and at times you could not tell which was voice and which was instrument.)
